No. There is no risk of account bans because Infinity Client installs the games in offline mode. Your Steam account remains safe during the activation process.

The Infinity Client application itself uses less than 50 MB. After activation it only stores a few additional files, remaining well under 1 GB. Game storage depends entirely on the titles you choose to install.

Yes. Infinity Client itself has very low hardware requirements. Game performance depends only on the requirements of each individual game.

VR-compatible games work normally. Steam Deck is currently not supported because Infinity Client is designed exclusively for Windows.

Yes. Many multiplayer games work normally with friends outside Infinity Client. Some titles have their own online restrictions, so we recommend checking the Online Games list for compatibility.

What happens if I cancel my monthly subscription?

Monthly access remains active until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, access to Infinity Client is suspended until the subscription is renewed.

Can I refund after 7 days?

Refunds are only available within the first 7 days if the library cannot be activated even after our support team attempts to resolve the issue. Refunds are not provided for buyer's remorse or because an individual game does not work.

What if antivirus detects Infinity Client?

Infinity Client includes its own protection system and is designed to operate safely. False-positive detections may occur with some antivirus software due to the way the activation process works.
