Refund Policy
Lifetime access is only worth something if it actually runs on your machine. If the Infinity Client will not install, or the library never shows up in your Steam account, you get your money back. Requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Covered by the refund
- The Infinity Client will not install or will not launch on your computer.
- The client installs but the library never unlocks in your Steam account.
- Your order was charged but you never received the download and sign-in details.
- A title advertised as included is missing from the library and we cannot add it.
- You changed your mind within 7 days and have not installed the client.
Not covered
- You are outside the 7 day window and the client is installed and working.
- Your machine does not meet a specific game's Steam system requirements. Check those first.
- You want a title that was never listed as included in the library.
- Poor performance caused by your own hardware, drivers, or internet connection.
How a claim works

Send your order number
Message support with the order number from your confirmation email and a screenshot of the error or the screen you are stuck on.

We try to fix it first
Most problems are a five minute fix. Support runs 24 hours a day and setup issues jump the queue, so you are not waiting days for a reply.

Working setup or money back
If we get you running, you keep lifetime access. If we cannot, the full amount goes back to your original payment method.
Timing and method
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Cards and PayPal typically clear within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank. We do not push store credit on you in place of a refund unless you ask for it.
Infinity Client is a program you install on your own computer. It is not a Steam key and it is not a shared account, so there is nothing to hand back. Once the 7 day window closes and the client is running, access is yours for life and the purchase is final.
Chargebacks filed before contacting support will freeze the account while the dispute runs. Messaging us first is always faster.
