Refund Policy
A digital key is only worth something if it works. If a code we sold you fails, you get a working replacement or your money back. Requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Refund or replacement
- The key is dead, already used, or rejected by Steam on activation.
- You were sent the wrong title or the wrong edition.
- The key is region locked and the product page did not say so.
- Your order was charged but no key was ever delivered.
- You changed your mind and the key is still unrevealed and unredeemed.
Not covered
- The key has already been redeemed on a Steam account.
- You do not like the game, or your machine cannot run it. Check the Steam system requirements first.
- You bought the wrong title after the key was revealed and redeemed.
- The publisher changed the price after your purchase.
How a claim works

Send your order number
Message support with the order number from your confirmation email and a screenshot of the Steam error if there is one.

We check the code
We verify the key against the distributor record. This takes minutes, not days, and support runs 24 hours a day.

Replacement or money back
A working replacement key is issued immediately where one exists. If it does not, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.
Timing and method
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Cards and PayPal typically clear within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund unless you ask for it.
Once a key has been revealed and redeemed on a Steam account it cannot be returned, because the code is permanently bound to that account. This is a Steam platform rule, not ours. Games redeemed on Steam may still qualify for Valve's own refund window, which you claim directly through Steam Support.
Chargebacks filed before contacting support will freeze the account while the dispute runs. Messaging us first is always faster.
